4.4 Chat Rooms

Typically, chat rooms are used only in enterprises and are set up by the system administrator.

4.5 Viewing Messages

On the menu bar and choose View > Show Messages to view your recent IM activity for any contact, group chat

session, or chat room session.

Search all messages.

Click for more actions

such as exporting

conversation.

Clicking the x icon deletes the session.

The session may be greyed out. Typically it

means that the account used for the session is

not registered, or the group chat has ended.
